All bets, transactions, and actions carried out from your account are entirely your responsibility. 55qq is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the user's own failure to protect their credentials.
A 55qq accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all exclusively in Brazilian Reais (BRL, symbol R$):
The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. Pix deposits are credited within seconds. Bank slip (boleto bancário) deposits may take up to 2 business days to clear. Card and PicPay deposits are processed within minutes.
Pix withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes of the request, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and national holidays. 55qq charges no additional fees on withdrawals.
All deposits and withdrawals on the platform are processed exclusively in Brazilian Reais (BRL). 55qq does not accept or process transactions in foreign currency.
A 55qq offers bonuses and promotions for new users and existing players. The welcome bonus consists of 100% of the first deposit, up to R$ 500.00, credited automatically after the first confirmed deposit. The specific rules of each promotion are detailed on the corresponding page.
Every bonus is subject to rollover requirements (also known as wagering or playthrough requirements). The rollover indicates the total amount you need to wager before you can withdraw your bonus balance. Requirements vary by product:
The deadline to meet the welcome bonus rollover is 30 calendar days from the date of the first deposit. If the rollover is not completed within this period, the remaining bonus balance will be cancelled without prior notice. The user's original deposit balance is not affected by this cancellation.
Each user may claim the welcome bonus once only. Attempts to create multiple accounts in order to claim the bonus more than once will result in all accounts involved being closed and their balances held for investigation.
